MEET ROSIE
Yoga and Mindfulness Fun With Rosie! We will build strength, balance and co-ordination skills through games and challenges, partner work and relaxation stories.
Rosie is passionate about spreading the magic of Yoga with as many people as possible, and believes in the importance of introducing Yoga and mindfulness to children and teenagers, especially in today's modern stressful world. She creates a safe space in her classes, where it's more important to listen to your body than have the perfect pose, and there is always some fun to be had. (Especially in the kid's classes!)
